Refund Policy for Waxed Records
At Waxed Records, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. Please review our refund and return policy to understand your options in the event of an issue with your order.
Items Eligible for Return

Unopened Vinyl Records:
- Vinyl records that are still sealed and have not been opened.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Incorrect Variants Sent:
- If you receive a variant that is different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect color, special edition, etc.), we will replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If a vinyl record arrives damaged (e.g., warped, scratched, or otherwise defective), please contact us with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Opened Vinyl Records:
- Once the seal has been broken, we cannot accept returns unless the wrong variant was sent or the item is defective.

Used or Worn Merchandise:
- Items such as cleaning kits, apparel, or accessories that show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Final Sale or Clearance Items:
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).

Our team will respond within 2-3 business days to provide return instructions if the item qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Shipping and Refund Process

- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect variant sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
